In response to the unprecedented coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we have made several operational changes to continue to be committed to the well-being of our clients and employees.
Our field teams will be providing contactless appointments, practicing proper social distancing, as well as equipped with personal protective equipment. Rest assured that our secure storage facilities continue to be protected and monitored as per usual, and maintained at a high level of cleanliness.
To help us protect our community, we kindly ask our clients to properly wipe down and sanitize all items prior to their pickup appointment, move everything as close to the door as possible, and ensure that they are following proper physical distancing protocol during their appointments. Clients experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 must reschedule their appointment, or have someone else with no symptoms represent them during their appointments if they have already vacated the appointment location.
Storagehotel will continue to have the right to refuse entering any premise that is deemed to be hazardous or unsanitary, as well as reject any item that does not comply with our standards in cleanliness or hygiene.
Our Client Services and office teams will remain in remote working arrangements in an effort to keep everyone safe.
